Berry Agutuk is made with fresh berries, seal oil, and diced caribou fat.

In case you are curious, the Weight Watchers database lists that one serving of berry agutuk has 6 points.

Randomly found your blog the other day (~mondayish) while searching around about the PE. Also took the construction afternoon section... Fun blog. In any case, when I did weight watchers I always found that late at night I was hungry (read: bored and wanted to chew something) again, with few or no points left... Thing I found that worked great... Air popped pop corn. ~2pnts for ~1 cubic ft (sadly no butter). I could eat endlessly... filled my stomach and made me feel I had eaten a lot of calories, although I hadn't...
I know you didn't ask, but I thought I would share what worked for me...
