- My nickname means "moonbeam" in French. It's also a small town near the coast in the Alsace region of France. No, I've never been there. I have visited and/or lived in the following countries: United States, Bolivia, Chile, Uruguay, Argentina, the Netherlands, England, Canada, Estonia, Finland, and Sweden. I'd love to go to the following countries: Japan, Korea, Iceland, New Zealand, Canada, Faroe Islands, Australia, and El Salvador. When I'm not at work, I'm reading (fiction interests include literary fiction, well written SF-Fantasy, and historical mysteries; non-fiction interests include linguistics and language history, archaeology, history, and popular science.) I'm also a big fan of audio lecture series. And knitting.
